The Coffee Sensor custom pressure gauge adapter for La Pavoni Europiccola coffee machines. It allows you to install a gauge to monitor the boiler pressure so that you know when it is up to the correct pressure before your pull. It also helps with improving your milk frothing by indicating when the machine is at maximum pressure for best steam power.
The kits is available with a M11 or M12 adapter. The M11 thread adapter is compatible with La Pavoni Europiccola machines manufactured from the mid-1990 and on (includes Millennium). The M12 adapter is compatible with machines from the mid-1990 and earlier. As a general guideline, plastic sight glass cover is M11 and the metal OEM sight glass cover is the M12.
