Epoch Chemistry’s Epoch 3 is bright, juicy, and full of personality. Grown by Jaime Ríos on Guatemala’s Gualvador Estate, this anaerobic natural Pacas bursts with notes of dried cherry, chocolate, raisin rum cake, and pomegranate, all wrapped up in a rich, syrupy body. It’s fruit-forward without going over the top, making for a fun, comforting cup that keeps you coming back for another sip.
