Manifesto is Pallet Coffee Roasters' espresso-focused offering, and it does exactly what a great single-origin espresso blend should: take a clear, well-defined flavour idea and execute it with confidence. This current version is a regional washed lot from Cauca, Colombia, a region known for producing coffees with bright acidity and clean, structured sweetness. The roast has been developed specifically to bring out both the chocolate richness and the lively fruit character simultaneously, keeping the two in balance rather than letting either dominate.
